i really want to push at being successful in life. how do i start?

is it to late for me? im graduated high school with average marks. what college courses should i take, the military will be paying for everything, then once i serve my time i want to move on to live a successful life (make close to 100k a year?) is it to late for me since my high school Marks were only average and i didn't have many academics? really? becuase the man on 40k a year will live in a small house pushed together by other homes so developers make more money and get by with his family. im already in the military...my family is military im very aware of the commitment. Why not use their money if they are offering ME to go to school for free? my strengths seem to be military. But being a soldier doesn't bring much money in so after about 10-15 years i will drop the life of a soldier. I would not be asking what career to target and what classes to target if i didn't know the understanding of a big commitment.

1. A man that makes 100,000 dollars a year isn't anymore happier than the man that makes 40,000 dollars a year; go figure, huh? Besides, the value of the dollar will succumb to nothing in a couple of years.
2. You should try community college and get an associate's degree if you are not sure what you want to be in life. You must ask yourself. What am I good at? What do trusted friends and family say that I am good at? Then work on your strengths for that particular career. The military is a big commitment. Be sure that you want to go to the military.
