can any one suggest me a better career?

Hi everybody, I am a graduate with 25 years of experience in a manufacturing co. in the areas of marketing, finance, ERP. I am now 50 yrs. Present salary 5.0 lacs p.a. I need a better job preferably in it/ites/bpo sector in Bangalore only , which gives me work life balance, better salary. Please suggest me the possible avenues.

1. Most stable careers are usually in the health sector. Doctors of all sort of medicine are always needed and everything around it as well, such as x-ray technicians, nurse(s), medical sales, including IT and related careers. - my suggestion to the right path.

3. Hi Ravindranath, Your profile which speaks of 25 years of experience will require enormous reviewing if you were to change tracks completely at this stage. Bangalore is the hub of IT and ITES sectors, and it shouldn't be a difficult task to secure a job in any of the major companies, provided you employ your past experience in the job hunt. I would suggest that stay within marketing and finance domain and look for alternative job. With a rich experience to back you, you can expect to find another job that offers work that drives you and salary that suits your profile.
