Help with writing my first article?

Hi! I usually don't ask for school- related help, but I have been trying to do this for the past hour and cant get anywhere. So the topic is, a counselor is holding a class for girls middle-high school aged to teach them how to build confidence and get over the struggles of growing up in todays digital age. Ive interviewed her and got some great quotes. Thats not the problem. My problem is how to word it and what to say to introduce things! Like what input can I make about the digital age and how it affects girls? This is my working opening: What’s fun, connective, innovative, and destructible to the way teenage girls feel about themselves? You guessed it, social media. It’s a new digital age, and it’s affecting the way girls everywhere think and communicate to each other. Everyone knows that the teenage years for girls can be quite a struggle, but with this new age of cell phones and social media sites such as facebook and myspace, this struggle may be a bit harder than expected. Counselor (INSERT NAME lol) is dedicated to empowering teenage girls to live an emotionally healthy, balanced life, and to helping them survive the everyday struggles of growing up and feeling good about it, too. uugh!! i dont know if this is good or what else to say.... :(
