How Can I Balance School/Social Life & Work Out?

It's swimsuit season, and I want to gain a six-pack,along with defined legs.I'm 13, I have 14 days of school left, and right now School & My Friends are my main concern.I get home by 3:30,and usually i'm busy all night.Are there any tips on quick ab workouts,other than the regular sit-ups? uh,I agree,but I really don't want to get up early than 4:30,which is when I usually wake up.Shower,hair,make-up,homework...

  1. You need to get up earlier. If you are really committed to getting into shape, this may be your only option. As you said, the day is filled with activities, but early mornings are rarely busy. So, this may be the best time to get your workout in.
