Do you think not going to University is a barrier in life, and you are unable to be successful?

I used to think this was a huge barrier. I didn't go to University because I didn't have enough money, and I really DON'T want to take student loans, because I see how people spend their entire lives attempting to pay it back. And this always really bothered me, and thought that I couldn't do anything. However, I see some people in my life (who've also not gone to University) who've started their own businesses and been very successful in life. Mind you, of course it is much easier if you have a degree and the education, but just because someone doesn't have it, doesn't mean they never can, or that they can't do something else in the mean time (and go back to school later in life.) What are your thoughts/opinions?

1. You should go to school and get a degree, in the long run it will help you even if you have to take out student loans. Perhaps you could look into getting scholarships or find a job after college that will help you pay back your student loans. You should go to college before you get married and have children because life and family get in the way of education.
