How do the Mexicans in schools that can't speak English succeed in life?

I live in Alabama so they're are A LOT of Mexicans and a lot of them can't even speak English well or even at all. I think it's so sad because I couldn't see a way that they could ever grow up to be successful because even after they get help from ESL, they still get bad grades. How will they end up 10 years from now?

1. If they can't speak English, they're illegal immigrants. How is it they're still in school?? That's crazy. They need sending back to Mexico, where they can try for a US Citizenship.

The immigration problem is very common in USA, I'm from Macedonia, A tinny country in Europe and this year alone there were so many of my college friends in this work and travel program organized by many agencies but they do require you to pass an English Examination! I understand that it's really unpleasant to have people that don't understand English into the labor market, but guess what, they'd be in the workforce labor, doing physical activities like loading and unloading, cleaning, etc... that eventually don't require much. On the other hand there are people who are ambitious and eventually they might get some initial language courses, and then attend high school and later college maybe. They're people too, I know the most of them are uneducated, lack general culture and proper ethics but there is that tinny small percentage that might succeed while the rest is less likely. In 10 year as of general everybody must be having a high school and college degree they way I see the exponential trend of growing of the graduates every year.
3. They plan on being on the public dole so it really doesn't matter does it? And the states that allow these illegal Mexicans to suck the treasury coffers dry need to rethink their approach to governing. CALIFORNIA
4. Don't worry too much about them.. I don't know how bad it is over there, but they will find their way in life.. A lot of jobs require Spanish. 5. They'll do any kind of work, and they send a lot of the money back to Mexico to support their families. If employers would pay a wage that someone could actually live on, illegal aliens wouldn't be able to find work. There is no minimum wage in agricultural work such as picking fruits and vegetables, but they'll still do it. They know a kind of poverty that most Americans will never have to face.
6. I used to be one of those Mexicans who couldn't speak English at all 10 years ago. I had absolutely no idea how to speak English but now I'm 16 I speak both perfect Spanish and English now,I don't even have an accent in Either and most people are surprised to learn I'm an immigrant(not illegally). Even though my lack of English skills was a hinderance I worked through it because I wanted to persevere and because I am a very stubborn person who wanted to be the best. Now,I am a straight A student with a perfect 4.0 GPA,plan on attending UCLA to become a pediatrician,and ironically enough I am in AP English.So please don't count these immigrants out of the running just yet, because if they have a strong enough will anyone can succeed.
7. They will find a way to survive, just like any other immigrant that come to the US. Half of them do better then the people that was raise here. We should be looking at them for tips, and trust me it's not that hard to pick up the language. SO DON'T LOOK DOWN ON THEM,LOOK AT THEM FOR TIPS.
8. They are trying to succeed by forcing everyone else in the USA to learn their language because they're too lazy or stupid to learn English.
9. YOUR SO IGNORANT!!! I was one of those kids who couldn't speak english "correctly" until the 4th grade! I had straight A's except in english. Your one of those dumb ignorant people who judge by what they see not know!!!! People like you push my buttons! Ughh your stupid and guess what i'm not an immagrant I'm from America like you! GEEZ!
