- Do Unto Others As You Would Have Them Do Unto You or treat other people as you would have them treat you. Also believe in equality for everyone; People are entitled to their individuality even if others don't understand , agree or like it. However, one's individuality should not come at the expense of another's equally important individuality. We are all different which makes us all the same.
- It helps if you are a good listener. If you can be objective and not take sides. If you can be patient. If you can let people come to their own solutions and not have to tell them what you think they should do. If you can keep a confidence and not blab about what you hear. If you can relate to how others feel.
