What traits do you think a successful Businessman should posess?

Some of the major skills Know what business he is in/who are his customers what are his goals visionary skills mental strength to take failures and success in the same stride and bounce back Integrity/honesty gut feeling,good observation skills,alertness good networking skills and communication skills financial understanding

6. Knowledge of course, I believe they should set their goals above expectation, which in my business gives me "drive", determination and incentive to consistantly move closer to that goal. When working with the public, compassion, honesty and fairness is a must and trust can only be earned by practicing these traits.
7. The single most important thing not just a businessman but everyone should posses is "Believing in yourself". Though it is even more important for a businessman. If you do not believe in yourself then all other qualities that you may have, money, power, ideas, knowledge etc have no meaning. Because some day or the other you will get into a situation that only you can get yourself out of. And that can happen only if you have faith in your ownself.

Failure is man's (or woman's) inability to reach his/her goals in life whatever they may be." How do you define success? If you only look at money you’ve missed a lot of the essence of true success. The key to LASTING success in business is to have success inside already. With vision you can see yourself in the life that you want. Belief that you deserve and also that it is possible for you is also important. Next you want to take a realistic look at what it will take to get where you want to go and decide that you are willing to go make the investment. Next step is to go for it. This process requires an investment of time and money. That means patience and sacrifice. It also requires you to grow as you grow. Reading personal development books is essential!!! I would even say required. Last but not least you have to leave some friends and family members behind. If you can't do this you will end up like Mike Vick. Hope this helps.
