Is there a low to zero APR life of balance credit card in Canada?

Does anyone know of a low, or zero APR life of balance credit card available to Canadians? I've seen many offers that are only available to those who live in the US, some offering as low as 1.99% APR or even zero%, on balance transfers for the life of the balance.
