How can I find out about offers for credit cards offering no interest for the life of the balance transfer?

My friend told me about this. She said some companies offer 0% interest for the life of your balance transfer. I can't seem to find any offers, do I just have to hope I get an offer in the mail? Are there any companies that offer this via their websites? Thanks!
